Also forming a part of the mad star-cast are well-known names like Johnny Lever, Chunkey Pandey, Asrani, Paintal and Delnaz Paul.

‘Paying Guests‘ is produced by Raju Farooqui and will be released under the banner of ‘Mukta Arts’, on 29th May 2009. The directorial venture of Paritosh Painter, it has Sajid-Wajid as the music directors and Jalees Sherwani, Wajid, Rashid Firozabadi and A. K. Upadhyay as a part of the lyricist team. The story of ‘Paying Guests‘ revolves around the life of four young fun loving boys, played by Shreyas Talpade, Javed Jaffrey, Aashish Chaudhary and Vatsal Seth, who want to rent a house together.

In the mad house hunt that pursues, the foursome finds itself going across a series of side-splitting events. All, for one roof within which they can live together and tackle their problems. Soon, they manage towards encounter a crazier landlord Ballu (Johnny Lever) willing towards possess them as ‘paying guests‘. However, Ballu has a condition; he shall grant accommodation towards ‘couples’ only. Though they concede towards this mood, from whereas shall they get wives (all of them being bachelors)? As the story goes forth, lots of comic situations follow.
