DOSTANA is none BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN. It’s not a severe adopt homosexuality either. On the contrary, it’s a madcap humor whereas two straight men pretend towards be gays. Although DOSTANA is a mainstream ad picture, it dares towards shove the envelope within its own way. It brings homosexuality out of the closet, provides it respect and dignity and doesn’t treat gays as ‘abnormal’.

Set in Miami, the film revolves around a male nurse, Sameer (Abhishek) and a hotshot photographer, Kunal (John Abraham). Both are on the look out for an apartment and coincidentally end up landing at the same house at the same time. But the landlady refuses to take two hot macho men into her home that also houses her young niece, Neha (Priyanka Chopra). To not let of the opportunity they pretend to be gay.

After Neha moves in, very shortly the trio gets amicable and inseparable. According to Neha, she becomes one of the young men and the young men, as she states, are one of the girls! And just when you believe this is one joyous and gay companionship in arrives the rotate and turns. Both the friends recognize that they have sentiments for Neha and each of them likes her to himself. Both of them then try to outdo and outwit one another finish into a large-scale fight. But ironically, Neha takes the battle as a lovers’ tiff! Now just when the two are about to disclose the reality, in strolls Abhimanyu (Bobby) Neha’s new boss. He begins displaying additional fondness for her and she too begins reciprocating. This arrives as risk for the two admirer boys. They then hatch a design to eliminate Abhimanyu by resorting to all kinds of pranks to eliminate from Neha’s life by snare or by crook. Their designs do well to some span but they end up mislaying her in this bargain. How they win her back types remainder of the film.
