He requests to Janardhan (Rajat Kapoor), the secretary of the makeup any person who insists it is necessary for the protection of the building. It becomes visible he is generating a mountain of a molehill because nobody then is bothered by the noise. He asserts with secretary, bribes the watchman and even complaints to the police, but all his prepares backfire. Irritated by the scarcity of sleep, he becomes fanatical with scuffling against the whistle blowing and suffers principle losses, confidentially and professionally.
Hulla is a laugh audibly comedy in the first half. It is very realistic and the humour is situational. Bid adieu to fancy designer mansions to generate way for one bedroom matchbox suites with unexciting pista green walls. It is peppered with so many colourful characters like old men any person who play hockey on the terrace, a family that transfers into their novel lodging in the midst of the night time because ‘pandit ne kaha hai ki yeh shubh mahurat hai’ and Abha’s intellectual male parent played by Darshan Jariwala any person who does not miss an area to belittle his son-in-law along with dissimilar tenants of the building. Memorable views include the co-operative society assembly and the one where the CM rungs in to solve Raj’s problem. The second half though receives a tad repetitive.
